Harvest within sight

Harvest within sight

On a remarkably warm late September afternoon, a walk through the rows gathering samples to test sugar and acidity, reveals the bunches to be ripening at pace! Soft, full of juice and incredibly sweet, the Pinots have responded well to the great ripening season we have had so far. We are set to start our harvest for the sparkling wine in the next week or so, almost 3 weeks ahead of last year.

Sadly we won't be able to hold a Harvest Volunteer Day this year as we feel we cannot offer a similar experience as in previous years. We are looking forward to a flavoursome crop for our 2020 vintage Rosé and Sparkling Wine and hope we can welcome volunteers for the Harvest in 2021 again.

Please sign up to our mailing list to find out when the next vintage of our Rosé will be available to order.
