Why not combine the beauty of nature with the taste of wine? Our workshops let you take full advantage of the spectacular setting of The Watch House, our new tasting barn, whilst perfecting your skills and enjoying our premium quality wine.

Learn how to use your smartphone to take creative photographs on the stunning grounds of Chilworth Manor Vineyard. All smartphone cameras welcome, participants will learn how to 

• use afternoon light to illuminate and create silhouettes
• compose images, understanding the various rules of composition to frame the rolling Surrey Hills and surrounding vines

Professional photographer Lillian Spibey will lead the workshop, showing participants tips and tricks to get the most from their smartphone cameras. At the end of the workshop, Lillian will show participants how to make professional edits on their photos using a free editing app, adding the finishing touches to the great photos taken on the workshop.

Your ticket includes:

2.5 hours' expert tuition on smartphone photography, in a group of no more than 15, giving you tips and tricks to get the most out of your phone's camera including how to use a free editing app for a really professional finish

Brief introduction to Chilworth Manor and the vineyard

2 tasting glasses of our wines and a further full glass of your favourite wine

FAQS:

Is this suitable for families?
Our workshops are only for adults (over 18s).
Do I need to bring my own phone?
Yes, you'll be working with your own smartphone.
Is the ground rough?
It's slightly uneven, so please wear sturdy footwear. You will be moving around to different areas and viewpoints in the vineyard.
What if the weather's bad? 
We carry on whatever the weather! Please keep an eye on the forecast and dress appropriately. We'll provide umbrellas.
What if I need to cancel?
We can't offer refunds, unfortunately. Let us know at least 14 days before your workshop date and we'll reschedule your booking or give you a voucher to use for another experience. 
How do I use my voucher?
Simply go through the booking process and you'll be able to enter your code at the final step of check-out.
